Helping us to help you
To save you time and inconvenience, we suggest before contacting us, you check out our frequently asked question pages which cover most questions on our reporting service. If our FAQ’s do not cover your query, please submit your enquiry to us using the email contact box below and we will endeavour to respond as thoroughly and as quickly as possible.
If you are contacting us to file a vehicle report?
We take the veracity of our reporting service very seriously. Therefore, to help safeguard the innocent motorist and to guard against malicious or untruthful reports, we do not accept vehicle reports by telephone. Please register and file your incident report using our online reporting service.
If you are contacting us concerning an existing vehicle report on our website?
In the first instance, we respectfully ask that you contact us by email using this contact form. This gives you and RoadDriver an electronic record of your enquiry and unlike telephone conversations your query can be accurately recalled if necessary. Our email service is free to the enquirer and is far more effective and less time consuming allowing us to concentrate on helping to make Britain's roads safer for us all to use.
